Solid 12mm Cladding
Tiger buildings are constructed with shiplap cladding, which is superior tongue & groove timber board with a flush-fit finish. Each solid plank is 12mm thick with scalloping to help prevent water ingress. A smooth, solid, strong barrier pre-treated to meet our high quality standards.
Tongue & Groove
All Tiger sheds are made with tongue & groove timber boards throughout – no cheap and crumbly OSB board at all (unlike some companies we could mention). Our timber is sustainably sourced. We use slow grown European softwood, cut in our woodmill to a high grade.
Premium TigerFelt®
Tiger garden buildings come with TigerFelt® as standard. This is a thicker, polyester-backed high-grade mineral felt to provide a reliable, weatherproof barrier with reduced wear and tear. Only premium quality roofing felt will do!
Thick Rounded Corner Framing
We use slow-grown timber in our framing to provide the sturdy support your shed needs. Sustainably sourced, it’s over an inch thick, and rounded for a smoother finish. Slow-grown timber is better quality, and the heavyweight 28x44mm thickness will help the building stand the test of time.
Secure Steel Fittings
All Tiger buildings come with solid, coated steel fittings for a secure, elegant finish for your peace of mind. Unlike many competitors, all Tiger buildings come with a free door pull as standard.
Toughened Glass
Beware of imitations which use cheaper styrene plastic windows (which tend to ‘mist’ over time). All Tiger windowed sheds & summerhouse come with 3mm thick toughened glass as standard. This glazing is more shock and heat resistant than normal shed windows, making your Tiger all the more durable. TigerFlex® models also arrive with the glass pre-fitted, making assembly even easier!
TigerSkin® Treatment
We treat our timber with TigerSkin, a specially formulated preservative, developed over many years – for a non-greasy weatherproof seal. This pre-treatment applied to the wood and then carefully dried to give your shed an extra layer of protection 365 days a year.
Simple & Easy Assembly
Your Tiger garden building is simple to put together, using the helpful instructions available, and will look great on a firm & level base constructed from a suitably durable material. We also offer an installation service for all Tiger log cabins.

Crafted by us, configured by you. The latest in the TigerFlex® series is the TigerFlex® Pent, offering the same unique flexibility of the TIgerFlex® Apex with an updated roof profile for a more modern style. The versatile modular panels can be fitted on any side, in any position, and the door can be hung either right or left hinged. The shed features high quality, 12mm finish shiplap cladding with extra thick 44x28mm framing for robust durability. The windows are fitted with toughened glass as standard, for added resilience and a quality finish.
Extra high eaves ensure that the building is sufficiently tall, allowing most people to stand comfortably inside. Covered floor joists lift the building off the ground without letting anything in or under the floor. The TigerFlex® Pent comes with heavy duty black mineral roofing felt as standard for excellent weatherproof protection, and facias, bargeboards and corner strips provide attractive finishing touches.

- THIS FLEX PENT SHED is clad with high grade 12mm finish shiplap tongue and groove cladding – beware of shiplap sheds that feature poorly finished rough edged boards milled out of inferior timber often with a thinner finish.
- THIS FLEX PENT SHED features heavyweight ‘rounded 4 corner’ 28x44mm finish framework throughout giving it the strength to last – beware of shiplap sheds that use rough sawn ‘matchstick thin’ framework that barely hold the shed together.
- THIS FLEX PENT SHED features thick tongue and grooved floorboard in the floor and roof sections and contains NO cheap sheet materials such as OSB or chipboard – beware of shiplap sheds that use single piece OSB / chipboard roofs that offer little protection in the areas where you need it most.
- THIS FLEX PENT SHED retains our extra high ridge height – beware of shiplap sheds that are incredibly low making it difficult to stand up inside.

Get to grips with your new TigerAbsolutely! The innovative modular design does NOT compromise on quality. TigerFlex buildings are made with exactly the same high grade timber, using the same high quality materials, with exactly the same roofing felt, ironmongery and treatment as all other Tiger buildings - and in the same Yorkshire workshops too!
It is essential that all garden buildings are assembled on a firm and level base constructed from an appropriate and durable material.
Without the correct base, buildings may be very difficult to assemble. In many cases, an incorrect base may lead to future deterioration of the product if assembly cannot be completed correctly as a result. Problems may include doors dropping out of square and becoming difficult to open and close, and/or water leakage.
Assembling a garden building on an incorrect base is also likely to invalidate any guarantee that your product may carry.

To change a single shed door so that it opens outwards the other way, remove the door by unscrewing the hinges from the shed panel the door is fixed into.
Then rotate the door and place it back into the doorway.
Screw the hinges into the shed panel on that side, supporting the door from the inside.
Then reorientate the lock on the door - so unscrew it from the block on the back of the door frame, turn it 180 degrees and screw back on to the block (use the key for guidance for the best position).

Yes: unlike conventional sheds, the modular TigerFlex range comes with pre-fitted windows in their panels for ease of assembly, and these are part-beaded (on either side).
Every Tiger model has a set of helpful instructions to help assemble the building. A copy will be sent with your delivery, but there will be an electronic version on the product page in the DOWNLOADS section you can access. All the instructions can also be found in the Help Section in the Instructions library.
We can offer a Next Day service on a selected few sizes of standard TigerFlex building. If you search for Next Day to see them - they are highlighted in blue with a Next Day Delivery message. If your need is not as immediate, you can still enjoy quick Pick A Day delivery across the UK, usually in around 7 days. Please see the TigerFlex and Faster Delivery Sheds selections. As all the conventional Tiger wooden buildings are made to order, we cannot offer next-day delivery on those items.

The company is certified to produce ‘FSC mix’ status material which means we operate a credit account whereby all material must be certified as legal and sustainable and any volume proportion that is brought in as FSC certified is then added to our credit account volume of material that we may then sell out as FSC certified.
Any product that we sell out as FSC Mix certified is documented and its volume removed from our credit account and the receiving party, should they be part of the FSC programme, can add the full 100% volume of this product to their own FSC account.
