You will be able to select your preferred delivery date from a calendar of available days as you progress through the order checkout. Usually the lead time on these products is a minimum of 5 working days, but you can select dates well into the future if you need to.
Standard deliveries are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. There is the option of Saturday delivery (before 2pm) or Evening delivery (before 9pm) on weekdays – please note these are not always available, and may incur a surcharge if chosen for these premium options.
Saturday and Evening delivery is not currently available to Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses as standard, please call for availability.

Usually the lead time on these products is a minimum of 10 working days, but you can select dates well into the future if you need to. The week you select as your preferred delivery week is the one Tiger will aim to deliver in – the exact delivery appointment will be confirmed with you by email and/or text closer to the time.

These will be sent via an express courier network suitable for the building, and you will be contacted by the courier to notify you of the likely arrival time of your order to your delivery address. This service is only available for weekday (Monday-Friday) orders placed before the advised threshold, usually 12pm. Please note that in some cases for operational reasons delivery may not be feasible for the next working day: in such instances delivery will be made as soon as operationally possible thereafter which you will be advised on. When you are ordering an express or next day service, we will process that order on the understanding that there is no issue with access to your property to make a kerbside delivery using a large lorry. Any subsequent requirement to redeliver will be on a normal service, and may incur a redelivery charge.

The lead times shown on specific product pages are a guide the time it will take Tiger to manufacture your timber garden building. As you know, we make to order so the wood needs to be milled, shaped, joined into doors, windows, and other tongue & groove panels, finished, and packed and then dispatched on a delivery run to your area. We will make every effort to complete on time but please note that lead-time delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and can vary to be both earlier or later than this guide time.
We do not consider the estimated delivery dates as part of the contract and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver unless the delay
There will be no delivery charge for the delivery service providing you are based within the stated free delivery postcode zone as shown on the Delivery Maps above (and on the postcode search). Please note if you order a garden building outside of its standard free delivery zone, the lead time may be extended. Adding certain upgrades may also affect the overall lead time of your order – this information will be shown as you place your order. The delivery of goods will take place at the address you have specified in the order. When the delivery arrives at the specified address someone over 18 years of age must be present to accept it and the delivery must be signed for. Alternatively, an agreement can be made prior to delivery whereby written confirmation, in the form of an email to customersupport@tigersheds.com stating permission is provided to drop the goods off at your given address without the requirement to have anyone present to sign for them.
If a delivery is made and nobody is there to sign for the product (unless a pre-agreement has been signed allowing Tiger Sheds to leave the product without a signature upon arrival), the product will be returned to our warehouse. In these circumstances the purchaser will be held responsible for paying all redelivery costs.
Please note, the Pro-Installation Service is currently only available for Log Cabins. Instructions are available for all Tiger buildings.
