Upgrade your garden and work life with a modern Tiger Garden Studio – the ultimate garden office. As stylish as it is practical, this building will offer you a luxurious space for working and a tranquil place to relax. One of the best things about this building is its flexibility - you can choose which configuration to have the doors and windows, to create the ideal space that suits you and your garden. This is a truly stunning studio with endless possibilities for how you can use it! The huge front glass doors and windows, which bring in plenty of light, create a well-lit, airy, and bright room ideal for working or relaxing. These windows are fully silicone and beaded in and come in toughened double glazing FREE as standard. The tanalised heavy duty framing and extra thick shiplap cladding make this building as secure as it is beautiful. Plus, the additional interior bracing in the corners of the building add even more strength to the building. As we know how eager you will be to work or relax in your studio, the height is under 2.5 meters. This will help when it comes to planning permission and will hopefully aid a smooth process from ordering to assembly.
We know when you’re investing in an outdoor office or garden room, you want to know that you’re getting the most for your money. The Tiger Garden Studio comes pressure treated, making it a very durable garden building with the timber guaranteed against rot and decay for 15 years. The building comes complete with an EPDM rubber membrane roof covering as standard. This high quality roof covering is eco-friendly, works superbly in cold and hot climates, and has a potential life expectancy of 50 years. As a nice, finishing touch, the studio comes with a stylish satin-silver door handle and a 5 lever lock for extra security.
BEWARE OF CHEAP IMITATION PRESSURE TREATED SHEDS:
Unlike many budget competitor products this building is built with only the highest quality materials and many garden buildings in the market simply cannot compare!
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED is clad with high grade pressure treated 16mm finish shiplap tongue and groove cladding – beware of garden offices that feature poorly finished rough edged boards milled out of inferior timber often with a thinner finish.
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED features double heavyweight pressure treated 58x44mm finish framework throughout giving it the strength to last – beware of buildings that use rough sawn ‘matchstick thin’ framework that barely hold the building together.
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED features thick tongue and grooved floorboard in the floor and roof sections and contains NO cheap sheet materials such as OSB or chipboard – beware of pressure treated apex sheds that use single piece OSB / chipboard roofs that offer little protection in the areas where you need it most.
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED retains our extra high height (although still under 2.5m for planning) – beware of buildings that are incredibly low making it difficult to stand up inside.
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED features EPDM Rubber Membrane Roof Covering – beware of buildings that come with no roof covering at all.
THIS PRESSURE TREATED SHED features high quality joiner-made doors and windows, which include toughened double glazing that is factory sillicone and beaded in. Beware of buildings which feature lesser quality materials and provide no window beading with a lower quality glazing.

The TIGER ELITE 20 year guarantee offers protection for pressure treated (tanalised) buildings against general timber rot and decay – the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time.
To maintain the validity of this guarantee the product must be assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied, treated annually with an appropriate high quality preservative and all glazing units must be sealed, inside and out, with silicone or other watertight sealant. For more information on how to correctly assemble and maintain your garden building please consult our comprehensive help centre.
It is essential that all garden buildings are assembled on a firm and level base constructed from an appropriate and durable material.
Without the correct base, buildings may be very difficult to assemble. In many cases, an incorrect base may lead to future deterioration of the product if assembly cannot be completed correctly as a result. Problems may include doors dropping out of square and becoming difficult to open and close, and/or water leakage.
Assembling a garden building on an incorrect base is also likely to invalidate any guarantee that your product may carry.
For full details and examples of how to create an appropriate base visit our Build a Base Guide.
Use a spirit level to check your overall base and ensure that it is as level as possible to assist with ease of installation.
If the base isn't level, you may find that you struggle assembling the building as the panels might not line up. Alternatively you may find that the doors and windows stick in their frames if they are not sitting square. The doors may also look as though they have dropped or are not hung correctly.
This is fairly easy to resolve and can usually be rectified by simply lifting two opposite corners of the building to straighten the building out.

Synthetic rubber roofing membrane that will keep your building water tight and protected, and is very durable.
As an overview, it is easy to fit: order covering size and tub of special EPDM glue; then apply the paste to the roof boards and roll out the rubber roof, brushing out any air pockets; finally nail down the sides of the rubber directly onto the timbers at the side of the roof.
For a demonstration of how to fit, please see the video guide on how to fit EPDM roof covering at www.tigersheds.com/helpcentre/videos/
We would recommend using a specifically developed exterior paint or stain to colour your garden building. There are several brands that are available on the market: we would recommend choosing a product that has been purposefully-developed to coat timber garden buildings and fencing, and uses a higher grade water-repelling timber colour coating.
With this in mind, we offer Protek Royal Exterior paint for use on Tiger buildings, if you are considering to paint directly on to the timber once it has been assembled. For the choice of colours available direct from Tiger, please see the selection here.
This is a very helpful accessory to keep your garden building door(s) open when you need easy access or additional ventilation on hot days. Hook and eye sets are simple to fit, and there are also helpful videos in the Help Centre here (or visit https://www.tigersheds.com/helpcentre/videos/).
Firstly, to find the best position, hold hook level on building suitable for good placement of eye on door. The eye location should match door framing on inside door, away from any glazing. Mark hook location on building (use spirit level if preferred). Then screw in the hook at chosen position. Then use the fixed hook to relocate the eye on the door and mark its location. Screw the eye into door frame - and the hook should fit securely into eye.
