A Cut Above

All Tiger cabin logs are designed to interlock with a chamfered finish to ensure a snug fit. The unique four-way chamfered notch system is specially designed to prevent damp or wind penetration. A smooth, solid, strong barrier engineered to meet our high quality standards.

Naturally Engineered

Our timber is sustainably sourced. We use slow grown European softwood, cut in our own sawmill to a high grade. Each log fits tongue and groove for strength and solidity, and is cut to an 0.01mm tolerance. The extra thick 44mm logs have a double tongue and groove for an even firmer link.

Premium TigerFelt^®

Tiger garden buildings come with TigerFelt^® as standard. This is a thicker, polyester-backed high-grade mineral felt to provide a reliable, weatherproof barrier with reduced wear and tear. Only premium quality roofing felt will do!

High Spec As Standard

Joiner-made doors and windows are supplied fully glazed or boarded, and all external doors are fitted with mortice locks, with double glazing, 5 way lever locks and roof shingles upgrades also available.

From just adding an extra window, to something completely original, our expertise means we can help you add your personality into your perfect space. As we mill the timber ourselves, we can be much more flexible than the competition – and much more creative!

Toughened Glass

Beware of imitations- log cabins which use cheaper styrene plastic windows (which tend to ‘mist’ or shatter easily over time). All Tiger log cabins come with 4mm thick toughened glass as standard. This glazing is more shock and heat resistant than horticultural glass in many other buildings, making your Tiger all the more durable.

The beautiful Moda 19mm Log Cabin is a breathtaking feature packed design that will be the cornerstone of your garden for many years. The versatility of this building is phenomenal – this 19mm log cabin is suitable as a summer house, a workshop, or even an up-market storage facility. And yet, as the price is so low for such a fantastic building, it is surely an offer you can’t refuse. The building is manufactured from 19mm thick interlocking logs – nearly twice as thick as a traditional garden shed, but nowhere near twice the price! Innovatively designed, the Moda 19mm Log Cabin's quality is not compromised. The Tiger 20 year guarantee offers protection against general timber rot and decay – the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time.

To maintain the validity of this guarantee the product must be assembled strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied, treated as soon as is practical after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative. Get to grips with your new Tiger

Will my Tiger come with instructions?

Every Tiger model has a set of helpful instructions to help assemble the building. A copy will be sent with your delivery, but there will be an electronic version on the product page in the DOWNLOADS section you can access. All the instructions can also be found in the Help Section in the Instructions library.

Is there an assembly guide or video for my garden building?

There should be an assembly video available to help put your building together. These cover different building types rather than individual building ranges, so while they are very helpful in showing how different building features are fitted please always use the instructions for your building model.

Do you use FSC timber?

Yes!

We are very conscious of our Environmental Impact and so Tiger Sheds is FSC certified under Chain of Custody Number: TT-CW-005298

The company is certified to produce ‘FSC mix’ status material which means we operate a credit account whereby all material must be certified as legal and sustainable and any volume proportion that is brought in as FSC certified is then added to our credit account volume of material that we may then sell out as FSC certified.

Any product that we sell out as FSC Mix certified is documented and its volume removed from our credit account and the receiving party, should they be part of the FSC programme, can add the full 100% volume of this product to their own FSC account.

Can I have my TigerFlex delivered on a Saturday?

TigerFlex sheds, summerhouses and log cabins can be delivered on a Saturday up to 2pm (depending on postcode). Other products marked as Pick A Day shipping can also be delivered on a similar service. Conventional garden buildings on a Pick A Week service are only available for delivery Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

What tools are needed for building a log cabin?

We advise a tape measure, spirit level, sharp knife, wood saw, screwdriver, spanner, drill, ladder, hammer and a rubber mallet as tools for putting any log cabin together. The rubber headed mallet is especially important to tap the logs together for a tight fit without marking or damaging the timber. We would strongly advise a white rubber mallet as it is less likely to mark the bare timber: these are easily available from any DIY store for around £10.

I need to build a base for my product, how can I do this?

It is essential that all garden buildings are assembled on a firm and level base constructed from an appropriate and durable material.

Without the correct base, buildings may be very difficult to assemble. In many cases, an incorrect base may lead to future deterioration of the product if assembly cannot be completed correctly as a result. Problems may include doors dropping out of square and becoming difficult to open and close, and/or water leakage.

Assembling a garden building on an incorrect base is also likely to invalidate any guarantee that your product may carry.
