Pick a Day

This service is offered for all LionFlex® buildings and selected other Lion structures.
During the order checkout process, you will have the option to choose your preferred delivery date from a calendar that shows available days. Typically, the lead time for these products is a minimum of 5 working days, but you can select dates well in advance if necessary.
Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. However, we also offer the option of Saturday delivery (before 2pm) or Evening delivery (before 9pm) on weekdays. Please note that availability of these premium options may vary, and choosing them may require an additional surcharge.
Kindly note that as of now, Saturday and Evening deliveries are not available for Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses by default. Please contact us to inquire about availability for these areas

Pick a Week

This service is specifically offered for Lion buildings and selected other structures that are not already covered by the Pick A Day service.
During the order checkout process, you will have the option to choose your preferred delivery week from a calendar that shows available weeks. Typically, the lead time for these products is a minimum of 10 working days, but you can select dates well in advance if needed. The delivery week you select will be the one Lion aims to deliver in, and the exact delivery appointment will be confirmed with you through email and/or text closer to the scheduled time.
Please note that as of now, this service is not available for Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK addresses by default. To inquire about availability for these specific areas, please contact us directly.

Express & Next Day Delivery

This service is exclusively offered for selected LionFlex and Swift buildings that are labeled as EXPRESS or NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
These buildings will be sent via a suitable express courier network, and the courier will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery time to your address. This service is available only for weekday (Monday-Friday) orders placed before the advised threshold, typically 12pm. Please note that due to operational reasons, it may not always be possible to deliver the building the next working day. In such instances, the delivery will be made as soon as operationally feasible thereafter, and we will inform you accordingly.
When ordering an express or next day service, please ensure that there is clear access to your property for a kerbside delivery using a large lorry. Any subsequent delivery attempts will be made on a normal service and may involve additional redelivery charges.
Currently, this service is not available for Northern Ireland and non-mainland UK addresses.

Delivery Lead Times

The lead times indicated on the specific product pages serve as a guide to help you anticipate how long it will take for Lion to manufacture your timber garden building. As you know, we make to order, which means that we need to mill the wood, shape it, join into panels such as doors, windows and other tongue & groove components, finish it, and finally pack it before dispatching it on a delivery run to your location. We make every effort to complete your order within the guide time, but it’s important to note that lead-time delivery dates are not guaranteed, and may be earlier or later than the indicative time.
Please also note that we do not consider estimated delivery dates as part of the contract, and we are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver except if:
  • The delay is attributable to us.
  • The delay is considered unreasonable, and no delivery date can be provided.
  • You have specifically stated in writing that time is of the essence
  • If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

    Delivery Charges

    If you are located within the free delivery postcode zone, there will be no delivery charge for the delivery service. The free delivery zone is indicated on the Delivery Maps provided above and can also be checked using the postcode search feature. However, please be aware that if you order a garden building outside of its standard free delivery zone, the lead time for delivery may be extended.
    Additionally, certain upgrades or customizations to your order may also impact the overall lead time. You will be provided with information regarding any potential delays as you proceed with placing your order.

    On Delivery

    According to the information provided, the delivery of goods will be made to the address specified in the order. It is required that someone over the age of 18 is present at the specified address to accept the delivery and sign for it. However, there is an alternative option available. Prior to delivery, you can make an agreement with Lion Sheds by sending a written confirmation via email to sales@lionsheds.co.uk. In this confirmation, you can permit the goods to be dropped off at the specified address without the need for someone to be present to sign for them.
    We do not consider the estimated delivery dates as part of the contract and are under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver unless the delay
  • Is attributable to us
  • Is considered unreasonable and no delivery date can be stated
  • you have specifically made ‘time of the essence’ in writing
  • DELIVERY CHARGES

    There will be no delivery charge for the delivery service providing you are based within the stated free delivery postcode zone as shown on the Delivery Maps above (and on the postcode search). Please note if you order a garden building outside of its standard free delivery zone, the lead time may be extended. Adding certain upgrades may also affect the overall lead time of your order – this information will be shown as you place your order.     If a delivery is attempted and there is nobody present to sign for the product, unless a pre-agreement has been made to leave the product without a signature, the product will be returned to the warehouse. In such cases, the purchaser will be responsible for covering all redelivery costs.
